Our payment, shipping and return policies are the same as on Ebay ~ We're good people but we have to include the fine print so there are no misunderstandings and everyone will be happy!

Your satisfaction is very important to us! We describe all items to the best of our ability but perceptions vary, so please take this into consideration and email questions to me on the contact page before purchasing.


Payment

We accept PayPal payments and USPS Money Orders.

We prefer PayPal because it is one of the most secure and protected payment options available on the web today. When you click "Secure PayPal Checkout", you are transferred to the PayPal website to make your payment. Many people already have PayPal accounts but for those who don't, sign-up is easy and secure. We will ship to the confirmed address you have in your PayPal account. We will not edit this info. If you want your item(s) shipped to another address, you must change your information with PayPal before sending payment. This is for all our protection. We print all of our shipping labels via PayPal because this makes shipping your item(s) faster.

We also accept USPS money orders. When you choose that option in your shopping cart, fill out the form and an invoice will be emailed to you to include with your payment. If USPS money order is not received within 10 days of purchase, the item will be released back to website for sale.

Item(s) will be sent within 1 - 3 days of receiving cleared Paypal payment or in receipt of money order. Item(s) will then be shipped to you promptly.

You will be notified via email with all shipping information with delivery confirmation number, etc.

 

Shipping Info


For items 12 ounces and under, the discount for shipping multiple items is automatically adjusted in your cart. For heavier items, it becomes more complicated, we're working on that, but for now, please email me the item numbers of heavier items before you purchase and we will calculate the total combined shipping cost for the items. We want this to be a wonderful transaction and take care of every person shopping with us.

At this time we are only shipping within the US.

We ship all jewelry items priority mail or first class. We do look for the cheapest way to ship other more heavier items and give you a choice depending on weight via USPS for First Class, Priority Mail, Parcel Post and Media Mail (for books).

We pack all of our packages with great care. Packing materials include: large and small bubble wrap, bubble wrapped lined envelopes, tape, brown wrap, popcorn, etc. Basically, everything it takes for your purchase(s) to be professionally packaged. We pack item(s) the way we would like to receive a purchase ourselves, safe and secure.

Delivery confirmation accompanies every package shipped via US Postal Service so any time you request information on your purchase, we can get you the tracking history of the delivery and notify you, the buyer, as to where your purchase is from the time it leaves our hands to you receiving it.

Insurance is optional but recommended since we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items shipped through USPS.

Return Policy

 

Please contact us with your concerns and give us at least 24 hours to reply to your email.

No item will be refunded unless it is not as described. On my hand-made items I try to describe the items I am selling in the description accurately. A lot of the mosaic items may have small imperfections which add to their charm, and unique quality. If completely unhappy with your purchase, a refund may be given. We again want all customers to be very happy with my handmade products!!!

However, the handmade item or any return must be received in the Same Condition it was sent to you, there are no Exceptions. We think this is fair to all! We take pride in our work, want to do a good job so you will shop with us again in the future and tell your friends and family members about us.
